Doug Schwartz is a seasoned operations executive and fractional COO with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. He founded Childcare Growth Solutions to help childcare center, nursery school, and preschool owners achieve their business goals while fostering a sustainable culture that attracts both families and staff.

Doug has held leadership and operational roles at local and national childcare organizations throughout his career. He climbed the ranks from a center director to a district manager, franchise business consultant, and director of operations, solidifying his understanding of the ins and outs of the industry over the past two decades.

He is highly regarded as an integrator and relationship builder with a proven track record of developing, coaching, and leading strong and cohesive teams. He understands that success in early childhood education goes beyond just numbers; it’s about creating a family-like environment that makes staff feel valued and families feel welcomed. Doug’s inclusive, people-first approach inspires trust and collaboration, empowering teams to thrive and ensuring the long-term success of the businesses he supports.

When he’s not working and helping businesses grow, Doug lives with his wife, two grown kids, and dog in Maryland. He is a huge proponent and advocate for organ donation, a die-hard NY sports fan, and enjoys golf and travel.
